If you are a musician and would like us to play your music please fill out all the information on the Music Form below.

I give Media Positive Radio my permission to play my music. I understand that the station is fully licensed with ASCAP/BMI, but that if my music is not included in that licensing agreement this permission allows Media Positive Radio to play my music, strictly on the Media Positive Music station and nowhere else, royalty free.

I am also sending one copy of each of my CD recordings or if those are not available my Cassette recordings. For use on-air only.
