In order to enroll in a HELLERWORK TRAINING course, a student must be at least 21 years of age, be a high school graduate or equivalent, have received the entrie Hellerwork Series, and be able to read and write English.
Hellerwork training incorporates structural bodywork, based on the "Rolfing" system. Hellerwork training consists of a 1,250 hour certification program towards becoming a Hellerwork practitioner.
Hellerwork training teaches students the basis of Hellerwork's powerful system of somatic education and structural bodywork. Principally based on the inseparability of body, mind and spirit, Hellerwork training makes the connection between movement and body alignment. By receiving Hellerwork training, one learns how to restore the body's natural balance from the inside out.1
Hellerwork training consists of an 11-session series that instructs on a variety of gentle deep-tissue bodywork techniques.2 Hellerwork training is a means to help clients promote self-awareness which is facilitated through dialogue.
