
In order to enroll in a Hellerwork training course, a student must be at least 21 years of age, be a high school graduate or equivalent, have received the entire Hellerwork Series, and be able to read and write English. Hellerwork therapy incorporates structural bodywork, based on the "Rolfing" system. Hellerwork training consists of a 1,250 hour certification program towards becoming a Hellerwork practitioner.
