Breathwork
Breathwork simply is, the meaning of breath and an integral part of our whole. An artistic technique used to connect with the natural breath; breathwork relinquishes human control and will. A method that supports the revealing Self; breathwork also allows the Self to develop its truthful definition, supports and creates individual balance, and has the power to effect family, community and universal harmony.
Breathwork is done by focusing and sensing breath motion by experiencing breath, and not by interfering with its natural pattern. Through breathwork, one can gain access to higher knowledge and power - this particular, heightened awareness is called "Somatic Intelligence." By using breathwork, somatic intelligence becomes all-encompassing; from the posterial physical realm, movement, overall well-being, spirituality, and a sense of higher intellect - breathwork delves deep within and "moves" an individual, and adjoins one to the world around him/her.
A continual rhythm, breathwork is an act of filling and emptying, or receiving and giving; thus enabling individual harmony and spiritual growth. Breathwork empowers the Self through movements and gestures that breath initiates; further allowing the experience of body, soul and spirit to work in complete unison.
