What is CHOW QIGONG? Based on principles of Dr. Effie Chow's Chow Integrated Healing System or Chow Medical Qigong, Chow "Qigong" literally translates to Qi - Energy, and Gong - Skill' in other words Qigong is the skill of energy magnetism. Chow Qigong is a self-healing practice that integrates meditation with movement. Chow Qigong utilizes visulization techniqes that magnify one's mind and body connection in the self healing processes.

A healing art for over 3,000 years, Qigong is composed of exercises that can reduce stress, improve overall physical fitness, restore balance and enhance flexibility. Some Qigong advocates claim that this ancient art has the ability to cure cancer, heart disease, AIDS, arthritis, and asthma.
