THOUGHT FIELD THERAPY - what is it? Thought Field Therapy is a noninvasive treatment that is effective for elimination of emotional distress. Said to virtually ilimate any negative feeling associated with thought, Thought Field Therapy removes negative blockages by utilizing focal meridian points in strategic sequences.
A mind-body treatment, Thought Field Therapy is a practice whereby a therapist will ask patients to think about a particular situation or event. Then, the TFT Therapist will ask the individual to rate how uncomfortable it makes them at the moment on a scale from 1 - 10. (Ten being the worst one can feel and one being there is no remnant of the problem at all.) With the guidance of the therapist, the patient is instructed to tap two fingers on different acupressure points on the body.
