Astral Projection

Astral projection is a term used by spiritualists for an out of body experience. Astral projection occurs when the astral body seperates from the physical body. The terms astral travel and astral projection are related. When one has undergone astral projection, one exists in the astral body, not confined by the physical plane. Astral projection occurs when the physical body is deeply relaxed. Dreaming may be a form of astral projection.
