Aura

What is an AURA? An aura is a electrophotonic vibration reaction of an object to some external form of light. Surrounding all living people, plants, animals, etc., is an aura. These aura are mutable depending on feeling, emotion, physical illness, and many other factors. An aura, surrounding non-living objects like rocks and water, for example, are fixed and do not alter from form.

An aura can say alot about an individual. It is our spiritual signature, in nature. Emitted colors and the intenseness of the aura can have very important and trivial meanings. By observing one's aura, an individual can visually see the other's thoughts before verbal expressions are even formed.

An aura constantly oscillates; like a flickering flame or even hot air, it never maintains a fluid or fixed shape. Each individual has his/her own unique pattern and independent blend of colors (which, by the way, are always present).

If one can perceive a halo-like illumination above the head of Jesus Christ, and angelical spirits -- all of these are auras. All humans have auras but some are dull or weakened, while others are very pronounced. Learning to read an aura can tell a story about a person...how s/he feels, if s/he's honest and sincere, etc.

A unique way to see your own aura is to sit in front of a mirror. One can place a small, white-shaded lamp or candle to one of the opposing corners of the mirror. Now, make certain that the light does not reflect in the mirror or is shining in your eyes. Start by peering at your shoulder and neck area in the reflection. Allow your eyes to zoom out or go out of focus. After repetitions, you should start seeing a white glow or some form of outline 1-2 inches in width (around the shoulder and neck). The lighter white shade is your "inner aura." As you practice this procedure several times, try to go outside the outline of your aura and focus on other emerging colors. This is your "middle aura." [Visualization techniques are useful when practicing aura discovery.] If you are interested ain the significance of aura colors and how they apply to you, feel free to check out Holistic Junction's articles, experiences and member directories for aura information.
