Why DEATH and DYING? Death and dying are a natural occurrence in life. Death and dying, although a very humbling part of life, does exhibit certain stages. For example, when a person is nearing death or dying, (emotionally), he or she may withdraw from social activities and become more hermit-like. Additionally, (financially)individuals experiencing death and dying may begin to tie up loose ends with finances, wills, trusts, etc. Physically - Death and dying can also lead to loss of interest in eating, drinking, decreased ability to heal from wounds or infections, increased periods of inactivity, lethargy or sleep.
Other signs of death and dying are body or extremity fluid swelling, sleep anpnea, and increased interest in religion.
When spoken, death and dying seem to be a fearful and anxious intruder in our lives; however, death is often referred to as the perfect sleep.

After my friend died his doctor told me that he had never witnessed such a fine attitude in all his years of practice, and it had left an indelible impression. So it is that when we accept what comes to us rather than try to escape it, we fulfill our destiny, making inner conquests and unconsciously helping others..."
