Hello everybody, I'd like to present DAMUN CORPORAL REBALANCING TECHNIQUE (TRCD). TRCD is a corporal Technique which arises from a philosophy. It provides a deep knowledge of the human being, his relation to society and the procedures to solve the conflicts that come up. It carries a great creativity and talent (ingenuity and inventiveness) in its practical, aesthetic and very effective proposals. It is a clear manifestation of the new paradigm which we are entering the XXI century with. The speed and the dimension of the social change that has taken place in the last decades is obliging the individuals to start using new registers as a strategy to adapt and integrate satisfactorily. The Technological Era, with the mechanization and robotization, paradoxically is an invitation to start using completely new emotional resources. The novelty and speeding up of this process brings up episodes of confusion, anguish, stress, pain... TRCD offers a way out of these states through understanding the evolutionary and transforming meaning working from the body. An innovative Approach: THE BODY SPEAKS In Barcelona and Madrid, since 1992, Mar?a Gemma S?enz have brought to life this system which establishes an intimate inter-relation between the energetic, the emotional and the bodyl depending on how the individual relates to his environment. The body manifests through its shapes, structure, texture, colour..., through the basic emotional obstructions that it has created from the internal and external circumstances around. The three energies and the three memories of the body.
According to TRCD the functions of the human being are realized from three energies which are located in different areas of the body. The masculine energy is related to words, action and concretion in life and is centered in the back, arms and legs. With this energy we anchor ourselves and are ready to act and make concrete our objectives. The feminine energy is the capacity to perceive and discern between what is of oneself and what is external. With this energy we create the external connections. It is found in the abdomen (creative area), in the chest (plexus area) and in the neck (communicative area). The expanding energy is the driving force of our body and we have access to her in major or minor quantities depending on the level of internal balance that has been reached. It is the capacity to unify the two previous energies and it manifests as fluidity and creativity, security and strength. It is centered in the face, elbows, knees, belly and lower plexus ( 4 cms above the navel) and in the mind. However, in spite of its basic localization in the body its energies branch out through each of the corporal parts. They are the basis of the interaction between human beings. When it is satisfactory it means that the masculine and feminine energies are flowing between the two poles of the relationship. The individuals feel alive, well-nourished and this allows them to expand. TRCD also distinguishes three dimensions of depth in the body. It calls them memories (cellular, energetic y quantic). It allows to work not only on the biographical aspects of the individual, but also on dreams, on the transpersonal aspect and on its essence . The objective of life is to grow. We grow when we commit ourselves to doing the process with our basic energies: Masculine and Feminine. This allows us to evolve, that is to say, to manifest ourselves with states which are more subtle in vibration and allow us to have access tohiseality from a more fluid and global perspective. The evolution is an amplification of the Expanding Energy. In the process of growth and evolution it is not sufficient to be a mere witness of.
