By now, most of you that care about such things, have probably encountered the concept of remote viewing or remote sensing in many places. In short these are just descriptors of basic psychic information gathering. The names have been changed by various people in an attempt to legitimize their personal psychic work with a more scientific sounding name and, at times, to place a "brand name" on their specific techniques for retail purposes.
I am not going to go into a long history lesson about remote viewing here, it is a common story with tens of thousands of references on the internet, if you would like to learn more. The point I am trying to get across is simply this: Remote viewing and remote sensing are just different names for being psychic. No one has a monopoly on the "secret" techniques or special power of remote viewing, or any other psychic technique, regardless of what they might like you to believe.
Now that is out of the way, we can get down to business!
If you wish to be highly effective in any type of psychic work, it is useful to have a good grasp on the basic techniques of information gathering. You will need these skills in order to perform any act of precognition, retro-cognition, telepathy, empathy, healing or psychokinesis in an advanced mode. Without the feedback provided by remote sensing of some kind, you are just guessing.
It's a bit like someone throwing stones at a tree with their eyes closed. They know about where the tree is, a fairly large object after all, but they cannot make the small corrections needed to get each throw closer. When they do hit, by chance, they have trouble knowing what they did, and because of that, difficulty doing it again.
If you follow these steps each time you try and act in a psychic manner, you will find that your level of overall success sky-rockets.
*Relax. Stress will tend to make it harder for you to focus on the deep levels needed for great accuracy.
*Think conceptually. When you think in concepts rather than words or pictures, you are communicating in a far more direct manner with your sub-conscious mind. At the deeper levels, all psychic information starts in this conceptual manner. This means that by paying attention to this type of information you will have immediately improved your psychic information gathering process. You have to be consistent though! Doing this haphazardly will give you only low level results. It takes a bit of work to do this well. Keep practicing and you will improve over time.
*Use memory. Instead of saying the information out loud each time you get new data, just remember it. Yes, you will likely lose some of the information by doing this, but what you do have will be more accurate. Why? Because each time you speak you shift out of the proper mindset, the conceptual thought forms, and have a chance of misreporting the data anyway. Think of it as hearing a story. At the end of the story you will know what has happened and remember the basic premise and some important facts. You may forget that the girl wore pink socks with blue shoes, But know she was being hunted in a forest, which is the important part.
This is a little different than many of the techniques out there right now. The primary reason for this is that these methods in common use came out of a military structure. The originators of these skills couldn't just say, there is a missile manufacturing facility at this location. They had to prove themselves to their superiors with excruciating detail. The size of the missiles and the color of the markings, how many people on the ground and what the camouflage looked like, plus a thousand different types of information that we would not even think of.. So they invented a style of operations which is slow, and clumsy, requires more than one person and has only a slightly above average level of accuracy, but provides a great level of potential detail.
In our daily lives though, we don't need that level of detail, especially when doing work for ourselves, rather than another person who needs convincing! If you use your memory to record the data you will have a high level of accuracy in the overview, and can easily go back and get specific details later.
*Generate a filtering tool. This is just a psychic field that will help you to lock into your target and hold it when you are there. You simply get better data if you are not constantly having to force your attention back to the target.
Since you are already going to be in a conceptual state, all you have to do is hold the concept of the specific target, know that the concept is constantly building in focus and clarity, and that the field will maintain itself until you are finished.
Such filtering tools are an amazing addition to your repertoire and should be used in each session. They allow you to focus on a conceptual level with a consistency and depth that is hard to establish otherwise.
In example, if you can hold the concept of a specific time in the future or the past, you can use such a filter to pick up data about a specific time and place.
Plus, once established, you will be able to select any topic or specific object and be able to gather information about it in a quick and accurate fashion. It will not take forty minutes to "lock" onto the target. Once you learn the skill set, for generating a specific filter, you will be able to get a solid connection within a few second. Making this form of information gathering far more useful to you in real life than many styles you may have encountered.
*Acknowledge the limitations. Yes, you can gather information from any place and any time, Some information will always seem very fuzzy or even baffling to you on a psychic level though. For instance numbers, letters and complex abstract concepts that you do not know on a deep personal level. This is because the subconscious level on which you are picking up psychic information, does not know how to read or count. Not well at any rate. It also may not understand certain types of abstract ideas.
So while you can tell that there is something wrong with a persons head, even narrowing it down to a specific condition, you will not be able to pluck all of the lotto numbers out of the air with great accuracy. There are some ways to understand the conceptual information of simple numbers, but those exercises will have to be dealt with later.
Much the same thing with reading, however the raw concepts of the written word can often be understood, the intent behind them if your will, without too much trouble. So while reading the book psychically may be too much to ask, you can still tell what it is about.
*Don't restate. When you are going over the information you have received, just report it the way you understood it at the time, as this will keep you from distorting information to "make it fit" with a picture you find fitting or pleasing.
This is an exercise in self-discipline. You must resist the urge to make the information into a complex story. "You will meet a person in a few days and be attracted to them." All too often becomes "You will meet the love of your life" in psychic work.
Getting into the habit of "telling it like it is" will increase your abilities by many times.
Using these steps diligently and being honest with yourself in how you are doing, you will find that you are able to act on a psychic level as well as any of the "super-psychics" out there, perhaps better, because you won't have to make extreme predictions to garner attention. A little time, discipline and practice is all you need to truly master these skills. It is well worth the time and effort.
