Goodbye, My Little One ...
On Saturday, December 21, 1996, we had to send our beloved Ko-Ko to Heaven. She had been our precious treasure since she was a puppy. Her birthday was May 22, 1985. Our family never had a pet before Ko-Ko and when she came to our house, she became one of us. She's a Siberian Husky and the professionals state that the Huskies are extremely intelligent. Our Cherubim, Ko-Ko, was brilliant. She spoke to me with her eyes.
We had a secret between us. I used to whisper to her ... "You always remember, Little One, that I LOVE YOU more than anyone in the world except HOLY GOD." Perhaps she couldn't tell time or count money, but Ko-Ko understood my vocabulary. I talked to her constantly for her 11-1/2 years of life. How do children learn a language before they go to school? From daily conversations with family and friends. So do animals learn, if we teach them. In the Bible (Mark 16:15), Jesus tells His Apostles and Disciples, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to EVERY CREATURE." This just is more proof to me that all creatures can understand languages.
My Ko-Ko was God's MAIN INSTRUMENT in my Healing. This little puff of fur was my joy and my life.
She had an operation in 1995 and was never the same. I had always told You, Almighty God, that I loved Ko-Ko, and I needed her, and I prayed that You would keep her with me. One day I prayed differently. I said to You, "My King, if You want Ko-Ko, You take her -- I give her to You, like Abraham was ready to sacrifice his beloved Son, Isaac, to You (in the Old Testament). You saved Isaac.
The DAY AFTER I prayed this way, Ko-Ko was rushed to the Vet because she started bleeding. She was operated on and the doctor told us she thought she lost Ko-Ko on the operating table. But You gave her back to me for another year and a half. This time You took her home -- I grieve -- but I know she is Mom's Christmas Gift and they are both spending Christmas Day with You in Heaven.
I will never forget the day after she was operated on, I went to visit her at the Vet's office. She was laying in the bottom cage and when she saw me she just started barking so weakly, "Take me home." The Vet rushed into the room and I will NEVER forget her words to me ... The doctor said, "My, that Ko-Ko must love you." They couldn't get any response from her until my Little One saw me. That day was the worst one I've ever had in my ENTIRE LIFE to see my Little One suffer so. She wouldn't eat, except the Vet said, Ko-Ko took all her pills. That Little One was brilliant -- she knew she had to take pills in order to get well.
Please place a Crown on this Cherubim with shining stars -- she was such a GOOD little Cherubim and, Dear God, she loved YOU. She always watched me pray and kiss my Holy Pictures. I used to tell her stories every day about You, Dear God. She used to come into my bedroom, and I saw her out of the corner of my eye, looking at the Holy Pictures on my walls. I KNOW WITHOUT A DOUBT THAT SHE LOVED YOU. Her Mission is completed. She made me well. I am well and ready for whatever Mission You assign to me, Holy God. I did apply for the position of one of your Personal Secretaries. Let me know if I was accepted.
Love Always and Forever,
