I am a 25 year old gay male. I've had the exact same dream 3 nights in a row. There are five people present. There is no sound. My parents at their current age, my boyfriend, Todd, at his current age, and my sister and I at approximately age 7 and 8. Everyone is wearing plain white tees and and blue jean shorts, except Todd who is in a red tee and khaki shorts. I am outside myself, I see all five people. All five of us are seated in lawn chairs next to a lake, fishing poles in hand. Nothing particularly special about the scene; a few trees in our vicinity, the sun is shining. There is no dialogue, and no fish are caught, nor does anyone ever reel their line in and re-cast. The first, I don't know, 3 minutes of the dream are pretty uneventful. Out of no where, my sister is bitten by a snake on her right ankle and falls from her chair. I do not see where the snake comes from, but I do see it go into the lake after biting her. My parents rush to her side, my father on her left and my mother on her right, I remain seated, and Todd begins running around in a state of panic. I see tears on my parents faces, and then my sister is gone from the scene. Todd jumps into the lake, swims approximately 20 yards to the middle, pulls a snake from the water, holds it over his head in both hands, then sinks, and I awake.
