A Frightening Dream
by Meagan Bzowy
I was at a swim meet with a friend. A group of younger children were badgering and harrasing me. I started to yell at them and we argued, i'm not sure what about. Suddenly the whole arena was empty, And me and my friend were the only people there, so we left. As i walked out the doors I saw two of the children from the group--A fat one and a skinny one-- Sitting in an old dirty car. The fat one was in the drivers seat, and he was polishing a hand gun. As we were almost out of the parking lot, i turned around and saw the two children pulling up. They then shot me once in the back, and my friend twice in the back - she was walking about 5 feet ahead of me. Even though they shot us in the backs, the wounds apeared on our abdomens, they weren't bleeding, but we were in immense pain. We lay there and no one came to help us. Then my friends mother drove up to us. We told her that we had been shot. She was distressed and pulled my friend into the car. She said that she couldn't take me with her to the hospital, and they drove away, leaving me there in the parking lot. A few minutes later my same friends father drove up and said he would take me to the hospital. On the way to the hospital we got out and walked through a graveyard, i walked along a path of stepping stones in the shape of a line, that curved in towards the end, almost leading me to the center of something. then the weather changed and it became cloudy and muggy and i felt cold. I then ended up at the hospital, but nurses and doctors refused to help me. I went to the bathroom where I saw two aquaintances of mine. But i didn't look at there faces, i only looked at them through the reflections of the mirror in the bathroom. I told them that I had been shot. All they did was laugh at me like it was a joke. Then I woke Up
