 Mankind is a massing of cells from the Creative whole body. No different than the cells that make our tissue and bone whole. For the body to function properly, all the cells are needed and equally as important as any one cell. Together, they complete themselves, making us the unique beings we are. As simple as science and biology is the complexity of this earth of ours. You are my brother, sister, mother, father. . . you are a part of me and I am a part of you, we are the whole. How can you turn your back on another part of the body collective? Is it not to my own good to help my brothers and sisters when they are in need . . . self-preservation. For if you pass by a man in need he may then lie on the cement dying. In its infinite ripples, each act generates its own effect and then its own ripple. Good or evil, the tides carry it toward its highest level of perfection. Each time we face a situation where we could have done a simple act to help, and turn our backs, we have set more unkindness on the scales of life. We make excuses, deride those whom we do not know because they are not what our perceptions deem worthy. Then the mirror shows back a flawed image of the one who failed his brother. And if you should fall one day, as we do from time to time, who will be there for you?
