Wispy pinks crossing azure blues proclaim the dawn with changing hues, Heavenly embers fade from view as night wanes to give day it's due, Silver strands woven so precise sparkle with dew like jeweled lights, Then caressing fingers in the breeze touch my mind and soul with peace, Night's voices hush with the morning star while feathered notes awake my heart, And as the morning fills my eyes, I see in your face, my sunrise!
